I think it depends on how someone uses AI to make content. If they mass-produce content and publish it immediately without any human touch, they're only pursuing quantity over quality. That's unethical, in my opinion.
But if they use AI as a tool to speed up the process, then edit the AI results (whether text, images, or videos) according to their creativity, I don't think that's a bad thing.
But it all comes down to the individual using AI. As content consumers, we can simply skip AI content we don't like. If the content is good and entertaining, there's no harm in appreciating the content creator.
AI is just a tool. Creativity belongs to humans.
