With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic sweeping the world, there is something new that is happening and unlike the 1918 Spanish Flu or whatever other affliction the world has experienced, the shape of the world seems to be forming in a very different way.
Before now, saving the world, required guns, armored tankers, bombs, nuclear weapons etc and then loss of human life, but now, we all have to stay indoors to fight the enemy.
Working from home has never been any fun for many until now.
Bankers, insurance brokers, teachers, traders, broadcasters and quite alot of others are working from home in the most fashionable way.
The world is more about commuting, gathering, socializing, hugging, driving, flying, gaming, celebrating, fighting, and everything else the world is known to do before now.
Have you asked yourself why there seems to be a complete silence around the world when it comes to insurgency, border wars, militancy etc?
Does it mean that, war to these guys is a game and an investment?
How come there is no gunshots, nuclear testings and the rest of those unrest that makes the world unsafe?
What will all the unused oil be used for since the world is presently not driving or flying like it used to?
After Covid-19, will there still be war and unrest that claims the lives of innocent individuals across the globe?
Will we return to a world where America is always in war with various Arab countries?
Will there still be Islamic extremists and terrorists disturbing the peace?
How will the world be able to cope after now and will it be business as usual or business anew?
What will happen to all the pool of talent the world has harnessed over 10 decades after the Spanish flu?
What will the new talent being incubated now be like when this lockdown is over?
These random thoughts just keeps me up and I wonder what exactly is going to happen after now.
