In this week Share your battle I鈥檇 like to try a new format to avoid monotony. Firstly I鈥檇 like to contextualize you: before I started playing Poker professionally, I did many job interviews in my previous field (Business/Finance) and I noticed that I had to answer over and over the same questions of the HR. In short: I鈥檒l try to bring some of these cliches questions, but with humor (although I鈥檓 must say that I鈥檓 not really a funny person) and of course with Splinterlands content.

Nesta semana Compartilhe sua batalha, gostaria de experimentar um novo formato para evitar a monotonia. Primeiramente gostaria de contextualizar voc锚s: antes de come莽ar a jogar Poker profissionalmente, fiz muitas entrevistas de emprego na minha 谩rea anterior (Neg贸cios/Finan莽as) e percebi que tinha que responder repetidamente 脿s mesmas perguntas do RH. Resumindo: vou tentar trazer algumas dessas perguntas clich锚s, mas com humor (embora eu deva dizer que n茫o sou uma pessoa muito engra莽ada) e claro com conte煤do Splinterlands.

Why should I hire you for the team?
I'm a low budget monster, so you will have more resources to hire more monsters! However, I'm not very fast doing my job, for this reason I always end up being the punchbag and being sacrificed.

Porqu锚 eu sou um monstro de baixo or莽amento, ent茫o voc锚 ter谩 mais recursos para contratar mais monstros! Por茅m, n茫o sou muito r谩pido no meu trabalho, por isso sempre acabo sendo o saco de pancada e sendo sacrificado.

In the frontline to help all of my colleagues giving them extra time to finish the work!

I feel better when everyone has Equal Opportunities. Because equalising things are really important.

I hate gossip, because it is like a poison spreading everywhere. I try to hide from these kind of people. It is like going to a basement to protect yourself from an earthquake.

I think you already know who are the people in charge here, but let me refresh your memory. It is basically Mr. Sloan, Mrs. Lorna (myself), Tyrus Paladium and the CEO Chanseus The Great. Do you have a preference who you would like to work with?
Not really, all of them are really great. But if possible, don鈥檛 put me with Mr. Sloan! He doesn鈥檛 take the best out of me.

How much do you think I should pay for you for a full time job?
At the present moment $ 0.05 cents an hour is a good value! But this can change at any time, so it is better to you decide wheter you want me in your company or not!

In this battle summoners wouldn't make any difference, for this reason ideally I should have picked a summoner with 2 mana cost, but since I don't own or rented one, I picked Tyrus Paladium (3 Mana cost).
Nesta batalha os invocadores n茫o fariam diferen莽a, por isso o ideal seria escolher um invocador com custo de 2 mana, mas como n茫o possuo ou nem aluguei um, escolhi Tyrus Paladium (custo 3 de mana).
Uriel The Purifier and Gargoya Scrapper (Position 1 and 2): Uriel has a lot of armor 鈿欙笍, HP 鉂わ笍 and increased chances of dodging due to his Flying ability. Gargoya Scrapper was in the 2nd position to gain extra time for the backline do the damage. Also, if my enemy pick mages, he won't be damaged against 1 magic damage.
Uriel The Purifier e Gargoya Scrapper (Posi莽茫o 1 e 2): Uriel tem muita armadura 鈿欙笍, HP 鉂わ笍 e maiores chances de esquivar devido 脿 sua habilidade de voar. Gargoya Scrapper ficou na 2陋 posi莽茫o para ganhar tempo para a linha de tr谩s causar dano. Al茅m disso, se meu inimigo escolher magos, ele n茫o sofrer谩 dano contra 1 dano m谩gico.
Time Mage, Magi of Chaos and Portal Spinner (Position 3, 4, 5 and 6): In general Life monsters are not fast, for this reason Time Mage Slow ability is essential so Uriel can dodge more and allowing to Crystalsmith heal him before it is too late. Magi of Chaos has decent damage!
Time Mage, Magi of Chaos e Portal Spinner (Posi莽玫es 3, 4, 5 e 6): Em geral, os monstros de Vida n茫o s茫o r谩pidos, por isso a habilidade Time Mage Devagar 茅 essencial para que Uriel possa se esquivar mais e permitir que a Crystalsmith o cure antes que seja tarde demais. Magi of Chaos e Portal Spinner possuem bom dano!
When I saw that my opponent picked a team full of mages I was pretty sure I would lose. Because Uriel main weakness is magic damage! At least I had the Speed advantage!
Highlights/Destaques:
The strategy wasn't a complete fail, but I was countered pretty hard and I should have balanced more my team.
Uriel killed Oshannus in one blow dealing 9 damage which was very important if I wanted to have a chance.
Gargoya Scrapper actually did a great job absorbing the damage against Spirit Hoarder, Venari Wavesmith and Ice Pixie. In other words: Nerissa Tridawn saved my opponent in the end of round 3.
Portal Spinner was the worst decision and the reason I lost the battle! 馃槍 If I had another mage the odds would be in my favor as you can see below!
A estrat茅gia n茫o foi um fracasso total, mas fui contra-atacado com for莽a e deveria ter equilibrado mais meu time.
Uriel matou Oshannus em um golpe causando 9 de dano o que era muito importante se eu quisesse ter uma chance.
Gargoya Scrapper realmente fez um 贸timo trabalho absorvendo o dano contra Spirit Hoarder, Venari Wavesmith e Ice Pixie. Em outras palavras: Nerissa Tridawn salvou meu oponente no final do round 3.
Portal Spinner foi a pior decis茫o e a raz茫o pela qual perdi a batalha! 馃槍 Se eu tivesse outro mago as chances estariam a meu favor como voc锚 pode ver abaixo!
