As a new player,you would have to earn a coaching badge so you can manage the best clubs in the world. In the mean time,you can earn the badge by managing a team that doesn't require a badge.
You can buy and sell players,increase the various abilities of your squad,make in game changes like substitutions,formations etc
Establishing a scouting network gives you the chance to locate good players that will make your team better. Stadiums can be upgraded,training sessions can be organized,tactics and formations can be set so as to obtain victory.
New players are usually given to the team from the academy,and you can develop these players into world stars so as to help your team,or sell them for profit (Just like Southampton does for Liverpool FC)

You also get the chance to offer new contracts to players,increase their salaries and even sign free agents.
The more you play,the more your rating increases,and when your rating gets to ten(10) you can resign if you wish and start afresh from the dream club you wish to manage.
One of the many attractions of the mobile game is the chance to manage your team in European tournaments like the Champions league and the Europa league.
