A flavoursome & a healthy soup dish!
As simple as that. This is my go-to soup whenever I feel sick or about to get sick.
And my go-to place for this kind of food is Koufu's Soup Master (Chinatown). This brand is one of the popular ones in the soup category. This branch is at the Tampines area.
The serving of the dish has a good balance of meat and soup. It also have a substantial amount of lotus root slices which I really like.
The place is a cozy air-conditioned hawkers food center and so I can dine with convinience.
For my rating, I would say that it is a satisfactory meal and it's also affordable. There's no doubt that it is nutritous because of the added herbs and lotus root infused to the soup.
