In the Himalayas mountains the air is fresh and clean, you can feel the difference immediately.
You can spent your time at yoga classes and improving skills classes like - carpentry, music and macrame.
Me and my love took yoga lessons every morning
and then we hiked the mountains to the nearest village to buy fruits and visit in the impressive Buddhist temples.
