馃槉 das ist meine Interpretation von einem Sandwich.
Als erstes Rinderbeinscheiben mit meinem Rub f眉r 1,5 Stunden gesmoked und dann ca. 5 Stunden 眉ber Wurzelgem眉se und Schwarzbier ged眉nstet.
Also das fleisch ist auf der Zunge zergangen. Echt der Wahnsinn.

that's my interpretation of a sandwich. First smoked cattle leg slices with my rub for 1.5 hours and then stewed about 5 hours on root vegetables and black beer. So the meat has melted on the tongue. Real the madness. Once more in close-up
