I agree with everything you've said. A theoretical degree is good. But a certification that needs physical application requires that the certified individual knows beyond the theories.

A certificate does guarantee a good life based on an individual's salary level. But if such a person wants more in terms of financial independence and stability, then he has to strive to get it.
