I appreciate this, and every other lesson that you have made me learned throughout last week as a result of the word of the week.

@antonym, I pray we never get to lose our memory, and I hope that your dad gets well. However, I hope that other people learned from your entry because I did. I understand that if I want to make something a part of me, I need to do it again and again, till it gets stuck as a routine. And if I want to let go of an unhealthy habit, I just need to break the routine. congrats to you too
