hello to all, leaving a little of the dynamics of my publications I have decided to create a new tag for the realization of some articles in order to inform and raise awareness about how beautiful our planet is and the wonders it has. the tag will be #amazing-world

The seasons are the four periods in which certain climatic conditions are maintained for approximately three months each and are called spring, summer, autumn and winter. The seasons of the year are due to the inclination of the Earth's axis and the translatory movement of the Earth around the Sun, which is why the sun's rays affect the different regions of the planet with different intensity.
Depending on the latitude and height, the meteorological changes throughout the year may be minimal, as in the low tropical zones, or maximum, as in the mid-latitude zones. The four seasons are: spring, summer, autumn and winter. The first two make up the half year in which the days last longer than the nights, while in the other two the nights are longer than the days.
Seasons of the year, solstices and equinoxes
The four seasons of the year are determined by the position of the orbit of the Earth with respect to the Sun, hence the summer and winter solstice, and the spring and autumn equinox.
During the solstice, the Sun is more distant from the equator. This fact usually happens between June 21 and 22, in which the day is longer than night. On the contrary, on the winter solstice, between December 21 and 22, the day is the shortest of the year and the longest the night.
At the equinox, the poles are the same distance from the Sun and the days and nights have the same duration. The spring equinox occurs between March 20 and 21, and the autumn equinox between September 22 and 23.
Spring
Spring begins between March 20 and 21 in the northern hemisphere, and between September 22 and 24 in the southern hemisphere. In this season of the year, the days begin to be longer than the nights. It is a period of transition between winter and summer. In the spring the temperatures are warmer than during the winter. It is characterized because plants begin to bloom and many of the offspring of different animals come to light.
Spring is a season of the year that astronomically begins at the spring equinox and ends with the summer solstice. It is noteworthy that the seasons vary according to the terrestrial hemispheres.
Summer
Summer begins between June 21 and 22 in the northern hemisphere, and in the southern hemisphere between December 21 and 22. It is characterized by its high temperatures and having longer days than nights. In addition, it is the holiday period for students and many families. It is usually the season of parties and celebrations. On the other hand, in the southern hemisphere the summer coincides with the Christmas festivities.
Undoubtedly, summer is associated with fun, walks, outdoor sports to enjoy the sun, replenish vitamin D, and enjoy a hot day, especially for those who can only live for three months, as there are countries that high temperatures are maintained throughout the year, as in Venezuela.
The autumn begins in the northern hemisphere between September 23 and 24, and in the southern hemisphere begins between March 20 and 21. In this season, temperatures begin to fall and the days are cooler, rainy and windy. It is characterized by the orange and reddish color of the leaves of the trees, which begin to fall.
The autumn season is characterized by a duration of approximately 83 days, it is not indicated exactly due to global warming, for a short duration of the days, it wakes up later and dusk early, around 5 o'clock in the afternoon. The autumn season does not last long in the polar regions due to the early arrival of winter and in the tropical regions the change of seasons are not very noticeable.
Winter
Winter begins in the northern hemisphere between December 21 and 22, and in the southern hemisphere begins on June 21 and 22. It is characterized by having short days and longer nights. Temperatures drop and snowfalls may occur. In the northern hemisphere Christmas eve and New Year's Eve are celebrated, which makes this season a time of celebration.
The winter is characterized by the location of the sun at a lower height over the horizon at noon, which leads to shorter days, longer nights and low temperatures, which may vary in relation to the distance that the country meets Ecuador. . Also, in this season it rains a lot, and the cities or countries closest to the snow poles, for example: Canada, Alaska.
Which station predominates in your country?
A little about my country venezuela
In Venezuela there are no four stations like in Europe or the southern countries of Latin America. The warm temperature predominates throughout the year in the lower parts, mainly on the coast. only in the months of December, January, and February there is a slight decrease in temperature. In places that are between 1,000 and 2,000 meters above sea level, at that time of year the climate is temperate, similar to that of France or Germany at the end of April or the beginning of May. Generally the rains begin in the middle of May and last until the end of October, well now with the weather canbios has become a little crazy, and at any time it is cold, hot, rain, sun. But the downpours can also fall in December or January, at this precise moment it has started to rain, today January 4, 2009. In short everything depends on high or low atmospheric pressures, caused by cold currents or trade winds. In another writing I will talk a little about the trade winds. Look at the regions that receive the most rains in Venezuela, are the southern part of Lake Maracaibo, the Andes in some parts, Guayana, Delta Amacuro, Amazonas, among the driest we can mention the coasts of Falcón, Lara, Anzoátegui, Guárico , Monagas, the Island of Margarita, and some other that escape from my memory.
A long time ago Alejandro de Humboldt said "that Venezuela had a wonderful geography" and that is really true, here there is a variety of climates, abundance of flora and fauna, hot zones, and cold zones, beaches, snow, desert, jungle, Different contrast of nature, diversity of heights.
