I think we should find a means of motivation such individual just to give them more hope in life.

The more hope we give them through our inspiring words can help them solve more problems than we think. A weak person might decide to commit suicide because such person has given up on life. The best ways to avoid more suicidal attempts and depression for such people is to inspire them with good words of hope.

Also we can help them check for other job opportunities in which they may get employed.
