Sorrel
Sorrel is a perennial herbaceous plant 30-100 cm high.
Shoots of this perennial plant appear as soon as snow falls.
By the end of May, and sometimes earlier, young leaves appear.
The leaves of the sorrel are juicy, sour for taste.
Sorrel, Latin - Rumex.
The first mention of this plant as a vegetable culture dates back to the 12th century (France).
