In the world of piracy best known as Joker Before being part of the Seven Warriors of the Sea, the World Government put on its head a reward of 340,000,000 Berrys.

Doflamingo is the captain of the Piraquitos Donquixote and the most influential Broker of the Fondo Fondos behind the alias of Joker

There is not much more I can say about this character without being a spoiler, besides the fact that he is one of the main antagonists of the series and one of my favorite characters
