Hello, good morning, good afternoon, good evening :)
I've been trying a little experiment lately, using the power of the mind, I am trying to brainwash myself, and rewire my intentions to reach bigger goals.
It's quite harmless
It starts with breaking the bad habits of always think of the negative outcomes of any situations.
This is something that I do all the time, and I am pretty sure has a terrible effect on my life, and we shall not underestimate these bad thoughts and their consequences.
I understand that you can be fearful of "Things not going your way", but negative thoughts tend to drag you in a spiral, and once you down there hitting rock bottom, it's very difficult to come out of the rut.
That's why training yourself to think differently is primordial, thinking always of the best outcomes possible.And it's surprisingly easier than we think. It takes a matter of few weeks, thinking positive, and live positive, it will keep your mind in shape, which is as important as the body.
Who knows what can come out of this harmless experiment.
