I went in this cartooning class thinking we would stick to the usual drawing but it turns out this group is eager to do arts and crafts. It’s the only thing that will satisfy their vivid minds on a Sunday Morning. Thanks to Green Apple Art Center, I am able to provide quality construction paper to these kids. Of course, I had to help folding and glueing it all together. They were a bit jealous of the one on the left which I did last, innovating with the paper strips. Do you see how I avoided folding the koala at all?
The card on the right is a boat because the koala was just a suggestion. The boat is so cool looking because it was referenced from the IPad and it is still quite original. Nothing quite like making a reference your own!
You got to respect those colour choices, I hope they will work on the covers at home and bring them back to show me!
