By revelation we understand that Christ was not only death for our sins,but also demonstrated deadness unto sin. To be dead connotes lack of involvement in what pertains to life. Thus,to be dead unto sin simply means living in the realm of ' lack of involvement ' with the acts of sin. It is the beginning of living unto God,Hallelujah. It's amazing to understand that God brought about this demarcation to completely separate us from the kingdom of darkness. It becomes an error to become comfortable with evil while believing that we belong to God. Jesus Christ has set the pace for us to follow. In live we can be dead or alive for anything we so choose. In the light of this truth,the question is ' what I'm I dead unto and what I'm I alive unto? It's important to access our stand with God using this question and I trust God to bring us to the revelation of the truth is all aspects of life. Let go of everything Christ paid for(sin) and be alive unto righteousness. Daily work on your life and let God's word be part of your attitude.
