uhm institutionals and crypto. have no idea but I think the narrative is that the institutionals take their time after the US BTC ETFs floated to market. and I also think retailers aren't too active yet. not following our main news on TV, but when such main news is shouting about BTC and crypto tons of time, we are in bull run in which most retailers are active and about to lose tons of money. I don't think we are there. We need the halving + more than a handful of months before they wake up. I suspect plenty of them got rekt a few years ago. And they get rekt again in a year or 1.5 from now...unless recession kicks in, if it kicks in. That said, my crystal ball never liked me, making the outcome 100% uncertain.
