Hola comunidad de Hive, mucho gusto, Soy Edixon Jiménez. Tengo 21 años de edad, soy venezolano, estudiante universitario de Radioimagenología y cantante en formación. El arte corre por mis venas, me gusta mucho pintar, me atrae la actuación, me encanta bailar y tocar piano aunque EL CANTO es lo que realmente me apasiona.

Hello Hive community, nice to meet you, I'm Edixon Jiménez. I am 21 years old, I am Venezuelan, a university student of Radioimaging and a singer in training. Art runs through my veins, I really like to paint, I am attracted to acting, I love to dance and play the piano, although SONG is what I really love.

Cantar es mi pasión, es lo que Soy.

Quiero demostrar que nací para ser “músico/cantante”. Soy partidario de que no solo se necesita el talento para llegar lejos sino que la disciplina y constancia también cumplen un rol muy importante y fundamental para lograrlo.

I want to show that I was born to be a "musician / singer". I am in favor of the fact that not only talent is needed to go far but that discipline and perseverance also play a very important and fundamental role to achieve it.

Desde muy niño sentí una gigantesca atracción por la música, que día a día fue aumentando al punto de expresarlo sin importar qué. Buscando mi lugar en este ambiente musical, quise iniciar aprendiendo un instrumento de viento y me decidí por la Flauta, luego de esto quise intentarlo con el piano y de manera inesperada con el canto, fue allí donde realmente hice sintonía con todo esto de la música, exactamente hace cinco años; es donde empieza esta nueva etapa de mi vida, que de seguro marcó un antes y un después.

From a very young age I felt a gigantic attraction to music, which day by day grew to the point of expressing it no matter what. Looking for my place in this musical environment, I wanted to start learning a wind instrument and I decided on the Flute, after this I wanted to try it with the piano and unexpectedly with singing, it was there that I really tuned into all this music exactly five years ago; It is where this new stage of my life begins, which surely marked a before and after.

Durante 4 años forme parte de esta familia y junto a ellos participé en más de 15 producciones teatrales y un sin número de presentaciones en eventos a los que nos hacían invitaciones, haciendo vida en cada uno de los talleres especiales y clases magistrales que tuvieron lugar a lo largo de este periodo, formé parte del grupo SextoFormato emergente de esta misma academia y asimismo mientras crecía en conocimiento y edad, crecía mi nombre entre los músicos de la ciudad, renombramiento que causó invitaciones ajenas a la academia a distintos eventos.

For 4 years I was part of this family and together with them I participated in more than 15 theatrical productions and a number of presentations at events to which we were invited, making life in each of the special workshops and master classes that took place at Throughout this period, I was part of the emerging group SextoFormato of this same academy and also while growing in knowledge and age, my name grew among the musicians of the city, a renaming that caused invitations outside the academy to different events.

En el momento en el que sentí que era tiempo de dar el próximo paso para seguir creciendo, decidí formarme como un profesional de la música, pase a ser alumno de la UNEARTE en el núcleo de mi estado en paralelo a mi formación en la Academia German Segura. Y esta nueva etapa desencadenó una serie de sucesos musicales en los que me vi involucrado, como la creación de colectivos (musicales), ensayos para presentaciones referentes a la universidad y el conocer a muchos talentos del estado. No fue sino hasta agosto de 2019, luego de haber participado como cantante principal en un concierto, y de invitado en otro, que tomé la decisión de comenzar a trabajar con lo que durante todo este tiempo había formado.

And this new stage unleashed a series of musical events in which I was involved, such as the creation of collectives (musicals), rehearsals for presentations related to the university and meeting many talents in the state. It was not until August 2019, after having participated as the main singer in one concert, and as a guest in another, that I made the decision to start working with what I had formed during all this time.

En medio de toda la situación del país encontré una salida en la música, Para septiembre del mismo año, había sido adoptado por una nueva familia, en la que decidí seguir formndome, la fundación Arte&Opera dirijida por los profesores @mariajruizb y @danieldedosd2, donde actualmente sigo en formación sin dejar de trabajar por lo que quiero.
