Hello my friends, this time I would like to share one of my children's favorite foods, "Pinchos a la Mami", this name comes from a short anecdote; My oldest son always saw those long wooden sticks (skewer sticks) and wondered what they were used for? and I gave him the same answer “for skewers, son” until one day he told me, mommy, I want skewers! there are the meats to make them!, there is only ground meat and also the skewers are made on the barbecue!, a little smoke would be bad for us right now, he is a little disappointed he tells me: mommy you have skewered with the ground meat and you make them with Mommy and I even more confused, how to mommy?, with that innocence he tells me mommy in the kitchen to mommy!. As I usually cook and I tell you this is garlic chicken, bechamel meat, Bolognese pasta…. And well, I smiled a little and prepared the skewers for my mom (previously I had already prepared them for a family reunion) and since then at home there is no shortage of wooden sticks and always at the whim to make "skewers for mom" .

Next the preparation:
For the “Pinchos a la mami”, I use the following:
400kg ground beef
1 small onion
2 sweet peppers
a little paprika
A few sprigs of onion on branches (long onion-scallion)
A few sprigs of coriander (I only use the leaves)
2 cloves of garlic
Salt and seasonings to taste.
After I have everything cut up in a deep cup, I place the meat, and everything else (cut vegetables, crushed garlic, salt, and seasonings) and stir with a spoon until everything comes together, then I knead a little more to give it a bit of consistency. the meat.
