The children
Hi Hive friends, I'm a little melancholy today, God has put so many thoughts on my children that well I don't know if it has happened to you before but I have spent all day thinking about when my children are grown and have to go.
Time is passing so quickly that in a snap we drop our kids off at the schoolhouse door and at the moment we're already holding their cap and gown for them to enter their college graduation.
It is so hard to think about something that the bible says that children are of life and that at any moment they could be gone from us and that it is our duty to prepare them for when that happens.
Beyond all that, perhaps my thoughts are subject to some things that my oldest son has said, saying that when he grows up he will go to work far away to have a lot of money and buy many things! Perhaps in the midst of his innocence he assumes that by going far away he will be able to work, as well as the fashion that is going on right now of going to the United States. All these days I have seen the pain of those mothers saying goodbye to their children who are leaving for the United States with no guarantee of seeing them again, it is hard for a mother to go through that situation. In the same way it has been very hard to see parents leave their children in the care of others to achieve a dream, to achieve economic stability and others who do not achieve anything simply fall by the wayside.
Life has to give me a lot of strength to go through moments like these, I aspire that they have a good education full of values and good teachings so that they can be good children. And I am sure that when the time comes that they decide to form their lives with their wives, they will be able to do it as I did one day.
At the moment I ask God for a lot of life and health for everyone, we know that life is only one and we must make the most of it and enjoy what it can give us.
May love prevail in all homes. See you soon.
