This is a fairly good retort but it's riddled with inconsistencies.

First off, Hive is not a startup or a business; it is a decentralized autonomous community with nobody in charge. Pretty much all the bad assumptions you've made thus far revolve around this difference. Furthermore, putting quotes around "system" as if to imply it isn't a system because you don't like the way it works is a bit unserious.

already sold when I've found out how this 'system' works

But you don't know how it works though.
We've established that multiple times.
You seem to believe that Hive is a centralized agent with a CEO who can make these decisions independently. Both in terms of banning bots and holding the DHF accountable (and likely in other ways as well that you haven't alluded to yet).

And I'm not sure what "holiday" you're talking about but I'm gonna guess you mean Hive Fest which is something that happens once a year and is pretty important. Trivializing that into a vacation is beyond reductive. Have you seen what they do there? It's at least half work riddled with dry technical presentations. I don't think you realize how much money actual businesses expend on events/conventions that are pretty much in the same vein. There's a lot of waste in the corporate world that you completely ignore in your own assessment, making it once again very inconsistent.

Who and why allows, keeps proposal upvote without any result in valueplan, leofinance, for example?

Who allows it?
The network allows it.
You seem to really be struggling with this idea that no one is in charge.
Decentralized organization and consensus isn't as easy as saying things and expecting those things to happen. The network has to agree. The people with stake have to agree. Lo and behold you're a person with no stake that seems to think your voice should be heard. Why? The entire premise of this entire network runs contrary to that notion.

At the end of the day you've ignored everything I said in the original post and simply reverted back to the argument that I claimed we shouldn't even be discussing here.

It's very easy to say that voting is destructive because you can't measure how constructive it is. Same with the DHF. Same with how much energy Bitcoin uses. When people say Bitcoin wastes energy I ask them how much and they just parrot the number they saw on the news. So Bitcoin has zero value and should thus use zero energy? It's a nonsensical argument.

Can you show me the numbers?

Can you show how much bleed the DHF causes? Because I've looked at inflation rates and emissions and a lot of this stuff looks like a tiny drop in the bucket compared to other macro factors. When Hive crashes 50% in a month that move has absolutely nothing to do with our emission rate. That should be obvious and yet everyone complains about inflation every time a dip happens as if changing the system couldn't possibly make things worse.

Why everybody ignore this question? Asked at least dozen times from witnesses, big holders, who wrote about it.

I have answered this question and I'm 100% certain you will continue on telling others no one has answered it.
