A strange feeling it is to celebrate one's birthday during lockdown.
I was blessed to share it with Tam (aka Karma Luna).
Tam was visiting Cyprus and we started working on some of her songs and I decided to visit South Africa again to finish off some projects we had started and also reconnect with some people in South Africa with whom I have done business in the past.
Couldn't have wished for a better companion to share lockdown with and yesterday on my birthday we adopted two kittens who are busy bringing a lot of fun and pleasure into the lockdown experience.
My family back in Cyprus sent money for us to share a lovely birthday dinner. This was roast lamb (my favourite), roast potatoes and roast vegetables and a pavlova with meringue and berries for dessert. A perfect dinner for a perfect celebration.
Thank you so much to all of my family for this wonderful dinner and thanks for all the phonecalls and wishes on social media. A big help in times like these.
