Promises are part of day to day living and often they fly like stray bullets. People especially politicians give us their sugar coated word, expect us to count on their word and take it to the bank, only to forget they made such promise or change their mind. Most people do intend to keep their word. But then again, intentions only last, for many, until something more convenient or better comes

Judging from the way of things in my country and Africa at large, I am left with this conclusion ‘‘I don’t need sex because my government fucks me every blessed day’’. I know one day I will have to apologies to my unborn kids and unmarried wife for this but how do I become the kind of husband you’ve seen in movies and cartoons since you were little when I can’t even provide for you something as little as food.

Africa leaders will rather die on seat than to cede power to somebody else e.g. Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe and the sad thing is they keep saying the youth is our future. No Mr. Politician, the youth being the future might be the case in western world but not in Africa definitely not Nigeria pftt because in your books, the old is the past, they are the present and even the future so stop all your tip of the tongue lies because one day nemesis will certainly catch up with you.
