what is Heamorrhoid :

Heamorrhoid: it's also commonly known as pile, it's mostly neglected due to ignorance of patience to realize the symptoms; but it's hight time that chapter of ignorance come to an end cus for all those patient readers that will read this post .so today we'll be going a bit into discussing about the effect of the this agent of death (illness), it's symptom possible ways to avert it, and maybe reasonable ideas in attacking if dictected in a Body system .
A lot of people have been living with this disturbing illness (pile) for many years without noticing because the symptoms may not be that obvious.

an insight on the term pile :

Pile as it alternatively called are inflamed and swollen collection of tissues in the anal area. It can range in sizes and they may be internal or external.
Internal Heamorrhoid (pile) are normally located between 2 and 4 centimetres n above the opening of the abuse .

Symptoms :

OK now things are getting interesting and we are getting another aquinted so let's look at the possible symptoms of pile.
Alot of people are ignorantly living with this pandemic not knowing the symptoms and like I said I'm going to bring the symptoms closer to you so you could know cus you might not be patient but maybe there mightcbe someone out there you may know exhibiting such symptoms;
sometimes people usually experience painful lumps found around the abuse, and this turn to be very irritating ,disturbing and annoying this may contain cuagulated blood

sometimes after passing stool one may experience the feeling that the bowels of faeces are still full

Moreso bright red blood is seen after a bow movement, thecarea might be itchy red and sometimes sore as its always very painful.

Effect :

The effects of Heamorrhoid could be very deadly it could lead to other more or should I say worse illness such as
[anaemia]
[fecal incontinence] an inability to control bowel movements
[anal fistula] in which a new channel is created between the surface of the skin near the anus and the inside of the anus
a strangulated hemorrhoid, in which the blood supply to the hemorrhoid is cut causing complications including infect or a blood clot
And lots more.
Pile as other deadly illness has what could be called Grades or variety with signifys the severity ;
Grade 1: is the type where the inflammation is usually inside the lining ofvthe anus and as a result not being very visible

• Grade 2: is more advanced, it's still observed inside but mush larger than that of grade 1 this may be pushed out when. Passing stool but there will return.
• Grade 3:thus is also called prolapse pile, and appears outside the anus
• Grade 4:these cannot be pushed back in and is the most advanced stage. This is obvious and needs imidiate care and treatment there are large and the remain outside the anus.

Cause

sorry I didn't mention this earlier that this illness is comon in females and pregnant women .
Pregnancy has been noted to be one of the major causes of Heamorrhoid, due to increased body pressure in the lower rectum were blood vessels around the anus and the rectum will stretch under pressure and may be swollen or bulging forming piles. Apart from pregnancy it could be as a result of
Chronic constipation
Chronic Diarrhea
Lifting heavy weight
Etc but sometimes its always as a result of hereditary

Diagnosis and treatment

A Doctor can diagnose pile after carrying out a physical examination of the anus of a suspected patient asking questions on ;
hereditary traits
Mucus or bloody stool
Weight loss
Bowel mismanagement and maybe
Color of stool
But for internal stool a digital rectal examination is done. Sometimes pile do just resolve themselves but this is usually a rare case.
A change in life style is advised in other to manage pile, good diets equally give long way in reducing the risk of constipation, and kept your stool regular and soft; this involves eating good and well prepared and prescribed food from a good dietitians .water consumption is really essential to aid pile .

Medical remedies

Over counter remedies that could be adopted include Corticosteroids: These can reduce
inflammation and pain.

• Laxatives: The doctor may prescribe laxatives if a person with piles suffers from constipation. These can help the person pass stools more easily and reduce pressure on the lower colon.

• Surgical option; most cases usually end up in a surgical operation
