What are EDS tokens?
EDS tokens are HIVE income tokens that pays out weekly dividends every Monday based on 12% of the total power up the balance of the 
(Example of how the HIVE income pool is worked out)
- EDS is pegged to 1 HIVE per token
- 12% of over 104,000 HIVE POWER pays out (104,000*12/52.18) 240 per week
- EDS in circulation each yield (240/40,000) 0.006 HIVE per week
- 0.006 each week for 1 year (52.18) equals 0.31 HIVE
- 1 EDS pays out a HIVE income of roughly 31% per year
EDS tokens launched with a hardcap of 500,000 and a public sale of 20,000 tokens each issued for 1 HIVE each. There are 2 ways to mint new EDS tokens. 1 is by owning and staking either EDS miners (EDSM) are EDS mini miners (EDSMM) tokens and 2 is delegations HIVE POWER to

Lets get a look at the charts this week
We minted 365 EDS this week, this is down from the past few weeks because we are issuing a few less from eds-vote. In the grand scheme of things, small bump on a very long road. We're still minting over 30% more EDS since eds-vote started 馃榿
The HP growth of the account is still doing very well. I dont normally talk about income numbers for EDS but 1 time is ok i guess. The account pulled in 496.36 HIVE/HP in income from content, leasing, HP inflation and eds-vote. We will pay out 244.45 of that HIVE as the weekly income pool and the remaining 251.91 is powered up.
Another week, another small increase of 0.57 in the HIVE income pool. The 251.94 HP growth we have from this week will pay out 33.48 HIVE per year at 12%. When we divide 33.48 by 52.18, we get 0.57 HIVE per week.
Because the HIVE income pool is directly connected to the HP balance, they both grow at the same pace. We are compounding down HIVE forever and by the time all 500k EDS are issued, the account should have alot more than 500k HP in the wallet. The EDS APY based on the income pool/HP growth in the future will be insane. Far off future, next within the next few years.
Great news, the EDS decline has slowed down ever more from last week. For around 3 months the EDS APY was declining by 0.22% per week. Last week, this dropped to 0.20% and this week its dropped even further to 0.18% per week. We are getting that little bit closer to 0.00% and when that happens, oh boy!! 馃搱馃帀馃コ馃挵馃挼
How do you build a HIVE income that only ever increases over time?
If the EDS project sounds right up your street, there are 2 ways to get your hands on EDS tokens. Building a HIVE income is one of those things when it's better to get started sooner than later. We all put money aside for a pension/old age with the money we earn from jobs, why not do the same with blockchain earnings? If blockchain is the future, why not be playing the game of life 3 steps ahead of everyone else? There's no day like day to start increasing your income and the snowball effect is real when you have patience.

Weekly Roundup
Another great week is over, as always things are going perfectly and all is good within the EDS eco-system.
I changed the very top table as it was starting to get very long. The table is now showing information for every 5 weeks from week 0 to week 80 and then weekly from 80. This should save you from scrolling down through it each week, lol.
