Over the years we always thought, Ecency should build and have its own infrastructure to support growth of Hive. And we acted on that belief, run full node, run our own image hoster proxy (not only run, improve existing codebase, use best latest tech to improve image serving quality and speed), host hivesigner, hivesearcher that many other apps can utilize and use. All that has cost, while supporting entire Hive growth, though with market conditions and token price drop, entire stack is under stress and we are being forced to shutdown many guardrails which took years to build. We will continue to do our best and communicate with community so they are aware of the situation.
