One and half year in, and since then Ecency is Hive for me. I do have used other front-ends, in order to support their work and of course there are perks for me as well; but for me Ecency will be the main force.

Over the past months our team shipped real ways for Ecency to earn its own way.

I think it is a good direction, especially for any long term project. Building products that people willingly pay creates a much stronger foundation. Another perk is: if folks find the services useful, they will continue suporting the platform through their own choice rather than seeing it as an obligation.

I also have one concern: it has been a decade for Ecency, but why is it facing this issue? I mean shouldn't it be well-established by now. Is it the Hive price or something else?

Now to blow my own trumpet. I have delegated a bare minimum compared to other users, and I will be delegating more soon. Will also think of going Ecency Pro, if my budget allowed in this inflation. Plus, I have been adding Ecency as a beneficiary for 3-5%. Because, during drought, even a drop matters.
