Why are Nigerian cops and government troops bloodthirsty, rapacious, psychotic cannibal pedophiles?

SARS should be all summarily hauled in front of a public court and a speedy trial needs to be held. These people are murderers. This is so horrifying, thank you for posting the story so I can learn a bit more.
