I'm so happy with growing potoatoes, they seem so hardy and resilient and growing them, I feel like I'm almost transported to a different, simpler time. I don't know why I feel that way haha.

The sun just from yesterday seems to be helping bring back some rigidity to the stalks of most of the plants which is pretty neat! It's supposed to be hot and sunny all day today so here's hoping for some more bounce-back!
