I've been having trouble lately. The pressure at work is enormous. Additionally, I had some crucial and personal tasks to run last week. I am attempting to balance work with my passions for dance, cooking, and video making. I suppose that I was unable to effectively manage my time since I ended up giving work priority over other things. In addition to certain nights when I returned home at midnight, I typically arrived home around 9 p.m. which I now consider to be unhealthy. Even if I genuinely want to be physically and mentally fit, there are other things that I need to give my full attention to. We have an impending project in our company, just to briefly mention it. To deploy it on or before our goal date, I must concentrate on it.
Today, I decided to be home in our province and leave work for a couple of days. I believe I require this to rekindle my inner fire. In addition, I get to spend time with my family, who are my main source of support. I require a break in order for me to be more effective at work. Sometimes, if I am too stressed out, I might act in the opposite way.
I'm thankful because I've finally discovered the tranquility I've been seeking for the past few weeks. The emotions I experienced when I got home are beyond words. True, you can't buy peace. And I'm fortunate because, as of this writing, I've managed to get beyond the challenging times and am feeling better. I hope that everyone, especially my family and friends, would be able to overcome their challenges too
