Hello, thank you for taking time out your day to read this post. It is @earthtribe's mission to support content creators on the Steemit platform that are Earth conscious, eco-friendly, & want to truly benefit humanity by promoting topics of liberty, resisting tyranny & oppression, understanding diversity, and healing this world and our people, moving us and the planet forward in a positive direction. I(@elamental) also want this tribe to become a haven for star seeds, where they can connect, share ideas and inspiration, and collaborate on projects of healing and peace.
This post will be spotlighting our Tribe’s amazing content creators. It is our intention to have these posts inspire other Steemians on the blockchain and shine on to further inspire continued positivity by others.
@papa-pepper discusses a key situation in a garden or Farm. That situation is how to start your seeds for your food Garden. He discusses how in relation to your region or your garden soil, some seeds may do better starting inside as opposed to directly in the soil. This is a very personal post as it is just him talking to you directly in front of his garden. Hopefully, watching this video will allow more people to get to know this influential Steenian and how he is leading by example by being the change that he wishes to see in the world. Thank you @papa-pepper for this wonderful, yet inspirational post!
@sagescrub did more than just support a local farmer by buying their produce they volunteered for one! While their volunteering efforts are not highlighted in this post they did share some wonderful pictures of the free fruit that they got from volunteering and knowledge pertaining to the fruit. Cold Stratification is discussed in this post, which involves unlocking a fruit tree’s seed genetics to sprout. It's a bit more involved than I thought sprouting a seed would be. Find about out the process called ‘Cold Stratification’, in this very detailed post aimed at teaching people the first steps of how to sprout a fruit tree’s seed.
@rawutah is doing some soil maintenance in his geodesic Greenhouse. He briefly walks around the front of the greenhouse and explains the climate inside and out of the greenhouse and the differences of the two climates. @rawutah explains the different kinds of soil amendments that he top dresses his soil with in this well shot video. He really stresses how a product called Sea 90 can greatly improve your soil and thus your plants. In this post there are reference links to how sea minerals can greatly benefit your garden! Please visit this post and be inspired to grow your own food!
@quochuy is currently living in Australia and it is winter time there or rather it's been winter time and the season is changing to spring. In this post he goes over the various types of plants that he has and mostly all of them have survived the harsh winter it seems. From worm composting to Lemongrass root harvesting to the frass from Soldier flies, this post is sure to give a little something to the sustainable gardeners out there or potential ones. For a witness maintaining a node and travelling great distances for his nine-to-five job I do not understand how he can still produce great food in the winter time and still be modest about it! Surely you will be inspired by this man, just by reading his simple yet spectacular post full of amazing pictures, to at least follow him further or to try starting your own garden!
@porters brings us a video that is sure to make any city folk want to leave the big city lights and their 9 to 5 job in order to grow food in the forest. Is person has a food forest in an actual Forest! Please watch this video to be surrounded by a beautiful garden, and voice for that matter, that borders the ‘Crown's land’ in a picturesque environment that most would have to go on vacation to visit.
@guchtere is trying to bring awareness to our oceans and the efforts being used to help clean up the plastics that plague them. This is his 1,000th post and he wants to share the limelight of his Steemit milestone by bringing greater awareness to this pressing issue. Facts about plastic pollution in our oceans and the conversations being held that center around possible solutions, are discussed here. Thank you, @guchtere for using this important milestone for yourself to help bring to light to a very important and pressing issue!
