Today I want to develop a topic that I was talking about with my co-workers last week, which is government work; that is, those jobs provided by the government.

Attention!! this is simply my opinion, with it I do not intend to hurt anyone, in the same way that I exalt the work I also seek to expose the opportunities for improvement, so I am trying to be as partial as possible.

We all have a bad concept that all government positions and officials are bad, and that workers do nothing or simply don't serve.

Before we go any further we can say that public employees have like

Is this really so?

Fortunately that is a label that is not easy to remove, certainly there are professionals who should not be called that, but there are also others who are very well trained and provide a quality service.

Not only because of ethics but also because of vocation, personally I know a friend who works for the education area and she tells me that the salary is basically nothing, but every time she manages to help any graduate or university student to manage any document she feels good about herself.

So just as there are officials who do their job, there is also the counter party who, in order to get things done, seek a monetary incentive from the person who needs the procedure by demanding exorbitant amounts.

These are the people whose ethics are stuck on the pillow when they wake up; however this is not always the fault of the civil servant but also of the people as sometimes they prefer to pay to avoid queuing and the paperwork involved.

The internal bureaucracy in the public entities to achieve that the citizen always looks for alternative ways to achieve their goals.

In other words, the greatest blame for what is happening is borne by the citizenry, again not by everyone of course, but by that minority that likes the easy life.

So if we want things to change we have to be able to change individually, because if someone notices a change in your fitness they will follow that pattern and if one does soon we will all be the same.
