Answer.
For me No. Passion come first. What everyone seek at the end of the day is happiness and peace, and it doesn't matter where it comes from. Job security is good, but not better than a job one does out of love.

If everyone continue to chase jobs that offer security, then the professional is doomed, because no one would give their best to it, we'll only have employees who are hungry for gain and not for the service.

People might believe money may be the reconciling factor, but at the long run it only brings greed and unfulfillment because at the end, what people would truly seek is peace and joy, not the money
