How important is your partner's family's acceptance to you when it comes to marriage? Do you believe your partner's love alone is enough to sustain your union, or can family differences have a lasting impact on its success?
Answer.
Its very important. When one is accepted by the partner's family, there is a sense of belonging. One becomes emotional safe knowing the family has one's backing and it lessen conflict.
Some People claim love is enough, even though it's true in it's sense, not having a family backing can make the journey sour and tiring. Family blessings is as important as the love itself.
My partner's family accepts me 100% and they have made the process an easy one. Even with the bride price list, my mother in-law stood until it was brought down to minimum.
There's a lot of stress one skips when there's acceptance
