Even so. Those pronouns don't come up when you are talking directly to them. They still use you, your, me, my, mine, etc. The pronouns they are demanding we use only apply when we are talking to someone else about them.

They are demanding how you refer to them in ALL communications even with people who often have no context. So you are using THEY and the person you are talking about has no clue who you are talking about.

It is stupid. It is tyrannical. It is a power trip.
