Would I prefer a world that obeys the laws of God?
Yes.

Would I prefer homosexuals be killed?
No.

I would prefer they repent of their sin and turn from their abominable lifestyle and live a life of obedience to God. If knowing the laws of God they decide to walk contrary to them, then they know the punishment God commanded for their blatant sin and rebellion.
