Ruwanweli Seya is located in Anuradhapura. It is the most sacred dagoba in Sri Lanka. The highest amount of relics of Buddha is enshrined in this Dagoba. It is a creation of King Dutugemunu. Many Buddhists go there and worship this dagoba with piousness.
