You can't teach effort.

I love talking about Hive whenever someone asks me about what I do. It's a fantastic platform that provides life-changing opportunities that many people are missing out on. I've introduced many people to the community in the past, and I'm always eager to share my experiences with them to motivate them to join and stay. While some people have reached out to thank me for introducing them to Hive, the sad truth is that most people I invite are only interested in making a quick buck, and as a result, they don't stay for long.

When introducing people to Hive, I used to emphasize how it could potentially change their lives and why they should take it seriously. However, the truth is that building something sustainable and life-changing requires hard work and dedication. This applies to building on Hive as well. I know people who joined YouTube and did not earn any money for a year, yet they persevered and kept up their consistency. The same principle applies to hive, success is a gradual process that requires time, dedication, and commitment. Unfortunately, many people are looking for quick money and overnight success, especially after seeing the money people on the trending page of Hive are making.

I used to explain to them that the individuals who earn big on trending pages have been building their presence for quite some time. It's likely that any new account featured on the trending page has received substantial backing from a wealthy individual. The process is straightforward, many of these individuals have dedicated months of effort to establish themselves, and their success did not happen overnight. The reality is, that whether you choose to focus on building something for yourself or decide to live hive without ambition, the opportunities that come your way are entirely up to you. Don't squander them.

You can't teach effort

When some of these individuals are not consistent again because they have not been receiving the support, or their expectation has not been met. most times I tend to call them and encourage them to keep on believing and keep on trying. I showed them a few things and how they can build what they don't want but I realize you can't force people to do what they don't want and some of the I introduced prove this to me.

I know a group of people that I introduced who are incredibly passionate about self-improvement and growing in the Hive community. They are remarkably consistent and have even introduced me to opportunities I was unaware of. Their knowledge of Hive exceeds mine, as they have dedicated so much time and effort to it.

Human beings are the most powerful thing on earth when determined because they will always look for a way.

Determination is the key to achieving great things. It's often tempting to make excuses when we lack the drive to take action. However, I've come to understand that when we're truly determined, there's nothing that can stop us. With the right mindset, we have the potential to accomplish anything we set our sights on. That's why successful CEOs prioritize attitude when hiring new employees they know that a strong work ethic and unwavering determination are essential for success.

To find success on Hive, it's important to prioritize value and attitude over solely chasing money. By focusing on these aspects, you'll be able to build a strong foundation for your journey on Hive.
