[EN-TR] Journey to local flavors//Yöresel lezzetlere yolculuk

I am sharing my article for the first time in this community, I hope you enjoy reading it, the pictures are completely mine.
The local delicacies of my beautiful country, Turkey, are quite good and the food is delicious and famous. I don't usually choose food, I like all the delicious food that suits my taste. When we went to the shopping mall with my family, we saw tents promoting the local flavors of Turkey, as if in the courtyard of the shopping mall, each region has set up their own tents in the courtyard of the shopping mall, of course, when I see these tents, do I stop? We went right and started walking.
In a tent, one of your sisters was making dough and making pancakes, she said, "Come in," but we said, "We are fasting, and they are also making packages for iftar" ☺️ I took out my phone and started taking pictures to share their local tents on #hive.
Many delicious cheeses from Gaziantep region, Trabzon region, Kars region, Ayvalık region, Afyon region, many delicious cheeses, spices, dried meats, sausages, handicrafts, regrets, many delicacies that I cannot count here, were exhibited, each of which contained a different flavor.
In fact, you have to come and visit after the performance because the smells spread in the tents and it makes one's appetite whet the appetite. There were many good products, but there weren't many people because we visited a little early on the weekend. One of the tents was a handicraft tent. Planes made of wood, miniature table chairs, baskets, wooden spoons, wooden spoons. cradles were located, I left after examining a little bit.
I went to the spice tent that belongs to the Gaziantep region right next to it. There were many sweet-smelling spices such as thyme, cloves, green tea, basil, coriander and mint. Then I went to the other tent and there were different types of dried aubergines, and dried aubergine was one of them.
There was another tent where there were sweets that looked more delicious than the other. While visiting such delicious tents, you have the opportunity to see different flavors special to that region. The smells and visual beauties impressed us.

Güzel ülkem Türkiye'nin yöresel lezzetleri oldukça güzel ve bı o kadarda yemekleri lezzetli ve ünlüdür. Ben genelde yemek ayırt etmem damak tadıma uyan bütün lezzetli yemekleri severim ailemle AVM ye gittiğimizde Türkiye'nin yöresel lezzetlerini tanıtan çadırları gördük sanki pazar alanı gibi AVM nin avlusunda her yöre kendisine ait çadırları kurmuş tabi ben bu çadırları görünce durur muyum durmam tabiki hemen çadırların olduğu yere doğru gittik gezmeye başladık.
Bı çadırda ablanın biri yufka açıyor gözleme yapıyordu buyurun buyurun dedi ama dedik biz orucuz zaten onlarda iftarlik olarakta paket yapıyorlarmış☺️ sonra #hive de paylasmak için telefonumu çıkardım yöresel çadırların fotoğraflarını çekmeye başladım.
Gaziantep yöresinden,Trabzon yöresinden,Kars yoresinden,Ayvalık yöresinden,Afyon yöresinden birçok lezzetli peynirler,baharatlar,kurutmalıklar,sucuklar,el sanatları pişmaniyeler daha burda sayamayacağım birçok lezzetler sergileniyor her birisi ayrı bir lezzeti içerisinde barındırıyordu.
Aslında İftardan sonra gelip gezmek gerekiyor çünkü çadırlarda güzel kokular yayılıyor insanın iştahını kabartiyor.Cok güzel ürünler vardı ama haftasonu biraz erken saatte gezdiğimizden pek kimse yoktu.Çadirin birtanesi el sanatları çadırıydi.Ahşaptan yapılmış uçaklar,minyatür masa sandalye ,sepet ,tahta kaşık,ahşaptan yapılma beşikler yer alıyordu biraz inceledikten sonra oradan ayrıldım.
Hemen yanındaki Gaziantep yöresine ait baharat çadırına geçtim kekik,karanfil, yeşil çay,reyhan,kişniş,nane gibi birçok mis gibi kokan baharatlar bulunuyordu.Sonra diğer çadıra geçtim oradada birbirinden farklı kurutmalıklar bulunuyordu patlıcan kurutması bunlardan birtanesiydi.
Bir çadır daha vardı ki burada birbirinden lezzetli görünen tatlılar yer alıyordu daha nice böyle lezzetli çadırları gezerken o yöreye özel değişik lezzetleri görme imkanınız oluyor kokular ve görsel güzellikler bizleri etkiledi biraz daha zaman geçirdikten sonra oruç olduğumuz için bütün çadırları detaylı olarak inceleyemedik oradan ayrıldık.
