I'm one of those crazy people that doesn't believe the votes are ever NOT tampered with. I don't think the people who perpetuate this will ever truly be "caught." They'll find a fall guy here and there and point the finger at them but it won't be the real cause of the problem, nor will it lead to any sort of a solution.
