I'll give you one and the only tip for storing your Steemit password.
Since you can find every day some posts about how someone hacked someone else's account and you probably have your Steemit password already stored in your internet browser... That's why you'll find few posts about internet security made by professionals and they will never advise you to store your password in your browser.
Well, I am far from being a professional, but I found a perfect place to store all my passwords.
It is a very safe place, a box that more than 70% of Steemit users actually already own:
THE BRAIN!
You can loose your head from time to time, but technically, wherever you go, the damn brain always sticks with you.
In many cases it doesn't work the way it supposed to but don't underestimate it.
Your brain is perfect and imperfect at the same time. It serves you well, but with irresponsible behavior you caused many glitches and bugs there, so you must have some appreciation.
Many excuses on Steemit were based on the fact that "Steemit is still beta".
Well, your brain isn't!
Every day we learn something, that's like downloading some upgrades. Accepting of those upgrades is different from brain to brain.
It doesn't matter how you brain is damaged, small or even tortured, it is still capable to remember your whole Steemit password.
When you first saw your Steemit password, I bet that you thought that you'll never be able to memorize it. 52 digits, capital letters, lower letters, numbers...
Different brains should use different approach and methods to remember it.
This is an example! It is (of course) nobody's password, but it will serve as an example.

One good method to memorize this password is to divide it to 4 regions of 13 digits each.
Like this:
- P5rHJgjkkgh66
- 9kKHF66kd4FjK
- 7kHJ7PjU6641A
- AscOik89GjhKj
It is much easier to remember four passwords when each has 13 letters/numbers than on that has 52 letters/numbers.
Second good method is rhyming.
No matter what language do you speak, I bet that some letters and numbers can make pretty good rhymes. You don't need to be a rapper for that, just repeat your password while shaking your head in some rhythm. And the damn password will naturally stay memorized in your brain.
Some people are capable to remember all they see.
Eidetic memory can be very useful in this. Some people can just glance a password few times and memorize it all, but they are minority and the rest of us are not so lucky.
One thing that I would never suggest you is to repeat your password all the time wherever you go by moving lips but without any sound.
That looks stupid and the people around you will notice.
They will think that something is wrong with you. Well, you won't have any use of memorizing your Steemit password if you end up in a mental institution!
