I am not a photographer, I am not even an amateur. The content on the photo is much more important to me than the quality. When I see something interesting, I just take my phone out and shoot it. So, please, while reading this post, do not judge the quality of the photographs. All were taken by me this morning with iPhone SE.

I was already searching for a free parking place when my boss called me and asked me to come to the office an hour later because he had to solve some private things. I was glad about it, I decided to have a coffee somewhere. But the morning was beautiful and the city was so alive that I remembered why I am such a local patriot.

So instead of sitting in some bar and wasting my time, I took a walk.

I love my city in the summer when all is crowded by tourists... but I love my city and in this time of year, especially when climb uphill where the medieval fortresses are, and see the city like the birds see it.

Barely 40 000 people live here but we all act like it was a metropolis. So many people stay here and don't want to go anywhere. They know all about the outside world, but they just don't give a fuck.

Everything in the world has it's good and bad sides.

But you have to love them the same. Can't compare the medieval architecture, the stone and narrow streets with architecture from socialist regime.

But I love them both.

Now I'll show you a little bit of our history.

Our defenders...

Our cathedral and churches...

Our city market and narrow streets made of stone...

I love and other side of the city!

Things that were left to us from communist regime, scary buildings and the concrete! Our basketball club, our football club and hooligans. Not the best in the world, but you can't mess with them.

I am glad because I chose taking a walk instead of drinking a coffee. I didn't see any dog poop on the streets. That means progress.

Regards from Šibenik, Croatia and thank you for reading!
