This time last year I introduced a product in the market and that was a discount system called Sabibuy. I had a beautiful plan on executions and gradual spread out.
It didn't work out as planned but I changed strategies. One good strategy that seemed to work well was going round the streets and copying down contact numbers from the sign posts of the targeted clients.
I never realised just to create a real customer base for my first-time clients could take me one year.
A hard lesson I am benefiting from now.
