Rachel Corrie was a 23 year old American student/journalist who strongly understood the place of privilege from which she had come, she understood that no child, no matter the color of their skin or whatever religious doctrine they or their families may have assigned themselves to should have to go to school with the risk of being shot to death.
Some of her famous final words she wrote in a letter home to her family echoing throughout my head.. 'something about the virtual portal into luxory'.
Rachel had eyes to see and what's more than that is that she had the heart to do. Even now while writing this very article I can't help but to think of my loved ones.. but how can I turn my back on such a hero, I can't and I hope that you can't either. Please share her story and help save the world. Thank you
