It was a long hard slog to 10,000 steps today. Long day at work, one employee was needy, one was snarky, lots to do for the family, the usual. But walking helped. A lot.
Walking can’t turn a horrible day into a wonderful day, but it can turn a pretty bad day into a pretty good one.
