Saturday was all about the US debut of S2O Festival, based on the Thai Songkran tradition of spraying water for good luck in the new year. Lucky for me, Moon Lvnding got media access for the 2-day event at The Brooklyn Mirage, so I'll be doing written and audio coverage of the festivities. Saturday's headliners include Timmy Trumpet, Alan Walker, and Marshmello.
I was up early for the EPL footie action, which I watched at home while my partner slept in. Our new roommate for the next 12 months finally showed up around 2pm, and we got to know each other a bit before she headed back home to do more packing.
We left for Day 1 of the fest around 6pm and stayed out until the party ended at midnight. We know that's quite early for NYC events, but it works just fine for these actifit reports. Plus, that meant more time to rest up for the last 2 days of the holiday weekend.
Only 11K steps, that wasn't too bad considering I only left the house for 6 hours in the evening. At least all that dancing got me over the hump! Until next time...
