You have to go to steemleo.com and log in with steemit username and passwd. Also, you can log into steem-engine.com to trade your tribe tokens. You can use tribe tag such #steemleo, #palnet, #neoxian etc. appear in respective tribe. Some tribes are niche specific such as @steem.leo or sportstalksocial or creativecoin others are generic like steemit: palnet, neoxian city.
