I am not quite certain how I open a LEO wallet....

I am interested, as most other accounts/platforms seem to use the steemit wallet, which means I have no choices in managing my interests.

For instance, in Steemit I do not accept any votes, but would like to have voting open to me in my other accounts, but it seems that if I set my steemit account to Deny Payout, it happens to other accounts also .
