Dorms! Ha! I actually stayed in Sports Billeting in Italy, It was dorm-style, but, they were open bays. I had not stayed in a dorm-like that with strangers... well, ever!

It was not bad at all.

Lillehammer is gorgeous, if nothing else, it will be a fun little adventure of sorts and it will break up the days. :) Have fun and enjoy. Like a paid vacation, except not.

Bunkbeds... Really. Looks like a training camp. :)
