I love celery and I love to stick it in the garden and watch it do its magical regenerating trick. What a great way to get more bang for your buck!

Thanks for all the tips and the one with the bolognaise is almost verbatim of how my godmother made it. She was from Florence. It is probably my absolute favorite kind of sauce!
